Electrical Advisor

The role:

• Responsible for obtaining permits for electrical related projects within company’s scope of work;
• Ensures that electrical related projects and works are in compliance with laws and regulations;
• Supervises the quality and application of standards during implementation of company’s electrical projects, coordinates during the process of electrical equipment acceptance and using;
• Responsible for implementation of all of the necessary conditions related to applying power using for the company;
• Individual examples of promoting occupational safety and health and environmental protection, and providing occupational health and safety measures in the execution of all tasks;
• Draft operational procedures from his field;
• Reports timely and accurately to his superior and is responsible for data accuracy;
• Adhering to ethical principles of the profession and acting in accordance with company policies and procedures;
• Performing other duties within their education at the request of the immediate superior;
• He/she is obliged and responsible, within the scope of his/her work, to implement measures for safe and healthy work in accordance with the safety and health at work, other relevant regulations and the Rules on Safety and Health at Work;
• Observing environmental measures and fire protection within the scope of his/her duties,
• Participating in ensuring the functioning of the quality system in accordance with quality standards.

The successful applicant:

• Acquired masters or equivalent degree in field of Electrical or Power Engineering or related discipline;
• Minimum 5 years of previous work experience, preferably in implementation of higher scale electrical projects in Serbia;
• Familiar with regulations and procedures of electricity using application process and electrical related projects acceptance process in Serbia;
• Previous work experience, cooperation and understanding of the internal structures in companies which deal with power production and distribution will be considered as an advantage;
• Strong communication and planning skills;
• Proficiency in English.
