We are looking for:

Electrical Engineer – Project Coordinator

Location: Belgrade

Primary tasks:

• Coordinate project execution adhering to budget, schedule, and the scope of work
• Coordinate initiation, planning, execution, controlling, and the closure of projects, including resources management and communication with stakeholders
• Monitor or track project milestones and deliverables
• Confer with project personnel to identify and resolve problems
• Submit project deliverables, ensuring adherence to quality standards
• Establish and execute a project communication plan
• Prepare project status reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends
• Direct or coordinate activities of project personnel
• Support other projects related to electrical works

Requirements:

• University degree in Electrical engineering (department: energetics)
• Experience in both performing and managing field work
• Experience in the energy field related to mobile operators is an advantage
• Excellent computer skills
• Fluency in English, both verbal and written
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Initiative and leadership skills
• Analytical thinking and attention to detail
