We are a team of mechanical and electrical engineers specializing in MEP and building services engineering, with extensive experience in project delivery and a proven track record of delivering high-quality engineering solutions. With the support of our software development team, we continuously work to streamline planning processes and enhance collaboration across MEP disciplines.

To continue setting new standards in engineering, we are looking for a motivated Electrical Engineer who enjoys working in agile teams and wants to help shape the future of digital building services design.

Your Profile

• You have at least 2 years of professional experience in electrical engineering or BIM modelling, ideally with experience in independently planning electrical systems and developing practical solutions that can be implemented on site.
• You have Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.
• You have solid understanding of relevant national and international construction and engineering standards and guidelines (DIN, ÖNORM, VDI, ISO, EN) and willingness to keep your knowledge up to date.
• You enjoy creating 2D and 3D shop drawings and execution documents for electrical systems.
• You have sound knowledge of AutoCAD, Microsoft Word and Excel; experience with Revit is an advantage.
• You actively use AI tools to continuously improve the quality and efficiency of your work.
• You can read and interpret 2D plans, understand technical relationships, and develop details to a level that allows them to be implemented on site with minimal need for clarification.
• You think beyond drawings and always consider constructability, installation and execution on site.
• You work precisely, systematically and reliably, with high standards of quality and within agreed timelines.
• You maintain an overview even when dealing with numerous details and document open issues clearly and comprehensibly.
• You communicate proactively and directly with colleagues, project managers, clients, site managers and contractors, when necessary, to resolve open issues pragmatically and with a solution-oriented approach.
• You document agreements and decisions clearly, traceably and in a legally sound manner.
• You have advanced English proficiency; knowledge of German is considered a strong advantage.

Your Responsibilities

• You create 2D and 3D shop drawings and execution documents for electrical systems.
• You develop technical specifications, room books, calculations, schematics, floor plans, models, and design documents into practical, installation-ready plans.
• You pay close attention to routing, installation conditions, potential clashes, access for maintenance, and practical execution on site.
• You consider materials, cable and wiring systems, cable trays and conduits, distribution boards, switchgear, protection devices, supports, fire protection requirements, and structural conditions.
• You review design and planning documents for plausibility, completeness, and technical feasibility.
• You coordinate directly – in person, by phone, or online – with project managers, engineers, designers, site managers, and other project stakeholders, and document key outcomes in a clear and traceable manner.
• You contribute your technical expertise to quantity take-offs, material schedules, bills of materials, and technical clarifications.
• You document open issues, changes, and technical decisions in a clear and traceable manner and proactively obtain the information and decisions required to continue your work independently.
