Electrical Engineer

YOUR TASKS

• Development of LED assemblies for catalogue and customer specific luminaires
• Development of microcontroller assemblies for the control of luminaires
• Ensuring the quality of the assemblies
• Support of EMS suppliers
• Design support
• Development of analog and digital circuits
• Evaluation of new electronic components
• Creation of the test and inspection requirements of electronic assemblies
• Performing tests for standards/approvals for electronic assemblies
• Material testing and validation
• Support of purchasing and suppliers (electronics manufacturing EMS)
• Close cooperation with firmware development
• Work closely with the design and support teams

YOUR PROFILE

• Professional practice in the design and industrialization of electronic assemblies
• Experience with standards/approvals and/or work in test laboratories
• Education in electronics/electrical engineering (HF/FH/Uni) or comparable experience
• Knowledge of digital and analogue circuit technology as well as measurement technology
• Experience with electronics CAD (e.g. Altium, Cadence, Eagle) for the production of printed circuit boards/electronic assemblies
• Very good electronics skills and understanding of mechanical relationships
• Completion of higher specialized school (HF), university of applied sciences or university degree
• Eager to work in a fast-paced environment where you take responsibility independently and as part of a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, German is an advantage
