Electrical Engineer

Main responsibilities:

• Ensure a good management of the new works, maintenance services for building and utilities
• Preparation of Feasibility studios (site assessment/visit, identification of mandatory studies, calculations and drawings, cost estimates)
• Preparation of Technical projects/Detailed design (calculations and drawings, Bill of Quantities, written part – technical specifications)
• Providing support to suppliers
• Conducting site visits to selected projects and data collection activities according to instructions
• Follows the Project Delivery System approach for each and every project
• Maintenance of the building
• Maintenance of heating utilities
• Maintenance of  the air conditioning and piping
• Fixing maintenance issues by himself or via subcontractors
• Respect the plan of intervention for the building
• Execute legal procedures for authorizations related to building
• Maintain relation with local authorities (Electric/Water/Gas Supply Company, etc.)
• Maintain relation with entrepreneurs
• Assist installation works, if necessary (electrical, thermal, water, etc.)
• Assure the follow-up of the equipment diagnosis and analyze for repetitive failings and breakdowns
• Assure the execution of preventive maintenance according to the pre-established schedule
• Assure the availability of the technical documentation for each equipment
• Assure and supervise electrical and mechanical interventions on machines and equipment, assure the reception of all the works executed by the team
• Assure discipline in order to respect the standards of hygiene, safety and security during the works execution

Required qualifications:

• University degree in Electrical engineering
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Good PC skills (Office, Auto Cad, etc.)
• Advanced English knowledge
• Good communication skills
• Well organized, team leading experience
