What would be your main tasks:

  • Helping drivers use ELD (Electronic Logging Device)
  • Troubleshooting issues with ELD devices and connections
  • Monitoring drivers to ensure ELD usage is in accordance with regulations and driving laws
  • Entering information about new trucks and trailers into the system
  • Tracking truck and trailer swaps
  • Communicating with drivers, dispatchers, and other departments via phone, email, or text

We are looking for someone who is:

  • Ready to work all shifts (morning, afternoon, and night)
  • Ready to work weekends as well as weekdays
  • Fluent in English, both spoken and written
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Willing to learn and continuously improve their skills and knowledge
  • Comfortable working in an open-space office
  • A strong team player
  • Organized, focused, communicative, and detail-oriented
  • Able to think logically and analytically
  • Experience in the US transportation industry is a plus, but not required — training is provided to all new team members
  • Fluency in Russian is an optional advantage
