Electronic Logbook Specialist (ELD)

What would be your main tasks:

• Controlling hours drivers spend on the road and checking ELD (logbooks they are using)
• Making sure every ELD is clear
• Maintaining logbooks for drivers
• Helping drivers use ELD
• Solving problems with ELD devices, connections... 
• Checking drivers to see if they use ELD in accordance with regulations and the law of driving
• Putting information and new trucks and trailers into the system
• Putting fuel information into logbooks
• Tracking trucks and trailers switches
• Communication with drivers, dispatchers, and other departments, through phone, email, or texts...

We are looking for somebody who is:

• Ready to work in all shifts (morning, afternoon and night)
• Ready to work on the weekends the same as on the work days
• Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Ready to learn and improve skills and knowledge
• Ready to work in open-spaced office
• Team player
• Organized, focused, communicative and detail-oriented
• Able to think logical and analytical
• Experience in the US transportation industry is a plus, but not necessary, we provide training to all new members
• Optional: Fluent in Russian language
