To further develop our innovative and market-oriented lighting solutions, we would like to expand our team for digital product solutions in Serbia (Belgrade) and looking for an experienced electronics specialist to help drive it.

Electronics & Hardware Engineer

From the first schematic to the finished assembly – you want to own all of it. You bring hands-on experience designing LED and microcontroller PCBs in an eCAD, managing component libraries, and taking analog and digital circuits from concept to validated, manufacturable products. In our small, cross-functional team, your expertise carries real weight from day one.

Your tasks

• Own electronics development end-to-end, from concept to validation
• Design LED and microcontroller PCBs and assemblies in Altium (schematics and layout)
• Solid knowledge of analog and digital circuit design
• Evaluate and qualify new electronic components
• Ensure assembly quality, testing, and conformity
• Collaborate closely with firmware, mechanical design, and procurement

Your profile

• Several years of hands-on experience in the design and industrialization of electronic assemblies
• Proven expertise in analog and digital circuit technology
• Confidently using an electronic CAD tool (Altium preferred)
• Higher degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering or equivalent extensive experience
• Independent, ownership-driven working style with good written and verbal English; German is an advantage
• Eager to work in a fast-paced environment where you take responsibility independently and as part of a team
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English, German is an advantage
