Email & Content Marketing Specialist

Booscala is an Amazon Beauty In-House Agency helping beauty brands grow and scale on Amazon.

We work with brands across Europe and beyond, managing their full Amazon presence from listings to advertising.

Role Overview

We're looking for an Email & Content Marketing Specialist to build and grow our newsletter audience and manage our content presence across LinkedIn and social media. This is a key role in our growth strategy — you'll be responsible for turning our audience into a warm lead pipeline.

What you'll do:

• Build and manage our email newsletter (Kit, Beehiiv, or similar tool)
• Grow and segment our subscriber list from scratch
• Write and schedule engaging weekly/bi-weekly newsletters
• Repurpose and distribute content across LinkedIn and social media
• Create lead magnets and opt-in incentives to accelerate list growth
• Experiment with AI tools to improve content creation, personalization, and campaign efficiency
• Report on campaign performance monthly with clear insights and next steps

What we're looking for:

• Experience with email marketing tools (Kit, Beehiiv, Mailchimp, MailerLite, or similar)
• Strong copywriting skills in English
• Understanding of B2B marketing and audience building
• Self-starter who can work independently and take full ownership
• Bonus: experience in beauty, e-commerce, or Amazon industry

Proven track record of:

• Building an email list from scratch and growing it consistently
• Designing nurture sequences that drive real engagement
• Segmenting audiences and personalizing content accordingly
• Showing past newsletter work or a content portfolio
• Turning content into a lead generation channel

• Salary: $1,000 – $2,000/month based on experience, paid via Deel
