Engineer – Technologist (Suspensions)

For our client, OCSiAl, the world’s largest producer of graphene nanotubes, whose mission is to improve the specific properties of base materials and contribute to a better world for all living beings, we are looking for a motivated candidate to join their team as:
Engineer – Technologist (Suspensions) – 1 position

Job Responsibilities:

• Control of process flow.
• Development and continuous improvement of technological processes.
• Development and updating of technological documentation.
• Establishment of the order of works and the operational route of the production process.
• Control over compliance with technological procedures, ensuring the proper quality of products.
• Analysis of the causes of defects and poor-quality products and implementation of measures for their prevention.
• Statistical control and analysis of product quality parameters.
• Carrying out experimental work on the development of new technological processes and their introduction into production.
• Improvement and introduction of new pieces of equipment or individual nodes of the technological line.
• Improving the efficiency of the production line.
• Collaboration with team members, including machine operators, technicians, and supervisors, to achieve production goals and resolve operational issues.
• Staff training.
• Application of ISO 9001 standards.
• Organization of safe work practices in compliance with all occupational health and safety instructions.

Skills / Experience / Qualifications:

• Higher education (VI/VII) in Chemistry, Oil & Gas, Powder Metallurgy, Composite Materials, or a closely related field.
• Detailed knowledge of suspension production technology and processes affecting product quality characteristics.
• Knowledge of the design and operating principles of production equipment.
• Familiarity with work instructions and technological processes.
• Familiarity with health and safety regulations.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
