Engineering and Project Manager

Location: Novi Sad

Reporting directly to: Brewery Manager Novi Sad

Requirements:

• University degree in field of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 5 years of experience on relevant positions
• Knowledge of English (advanced level)
• SAP knowledge
• Advanced communication skills both verbal (i.e. day-to-day discussions, team meetings) and written (requirements and design specifications), overall ability to be clear and concise in all communications
• Advanced project management competencies
• Effectively managing multiple priorities
• Driving license (active driver)
• Personal characteristics: Open minded, eager to learn & develop and action oriented

Main Tasks & Responsibilities:

Within engineering

• Drive an effective system of Capex and Opex projects including preventive maintenance with the team
• Creating a knowledge base for advanced maintenance procedures regarding mechanical and electrical maintenance and automation
• Responsible for the creation and implementation of a three-year Capex and maintenance plan
• Support facility management in the brewery
• Leading preventive maintenance pillar in order to improve the overall performance of machines and equipment by applying TPM methodology
• Continually supporting autonomous maintenance activities and teams through the pillar activities and operators development on the shop-flor
• Ability to identify opportunities for launching improvement teams or actions

Within project management

• Designing project plans, assessing risks, defining scope and required resources, assigning tasks and roles, defining activities
• Managing project execution within budget limitations, setting timelines and expected results with other support functions (Procurement, Finance, Legal))
• Communicating and managing tasks and activities with the project team and providing feedback to team members
• Participating in long-term development planning of the brewery and defining necessary projects
• Managing the technical definition of equipment and facilities in accordance with the company’s standards regarding safety at workplace and product safety
• Participating in the selection of subcontractors for an effective and efficient project implementation within the timeframe and in a quality and safe manner
• Familiar with company’s standards in terms of equipment and process
• Sharing best practice tough company network
