
In this role, you will be responsible for:
- Lead and continuously improve the Environmental Management System in line with ISO 14001 and QSHE standards
- Develop, update, and implement environmental policies, procedures, and governance frameworks
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and alignment with corporate sustainability targets
- Drive environmental initiatives and integrate them into day-to-day business operations
- Design and manage ESG audit processes (documentation, preparation, follow-ups)
- Act as the main contact for ESG rating agencies and coordinate data collection and responses
- Oversee environmental reporting, including data analysis, KPIs, and sustainability reports
- Own and enhance environmental data systems aligned with business needs, SBTi emission reduction targets, and regulations
- Integrate environmental standards into procurement, operations, and supply chain processes
- Provide expert guidance on environmental topics and support sales (e.g., RFQs)
- Drive stakeholder engagement, training, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Monitor environmental performance, compliance, and risks with cross-functional teams
- Represent the organisation in industry forums and track sustainability trends
- Master's Degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or similar
- 3+ years of experience in environmental management (ISO 14001)
- Strong knowledge of IT based environmental data collection, reporting and management system as well as audits
- Excellent English communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with different stakeholders across the organisation
- Strong analytical, organisational, and project management abilities
