ERP/Business Central Consultant — Manufacturing Background

We are looking for an ERP Consultant / Business Analyst with experience in manufacturing processes who wants to grow in IT consulting and work on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions.

Duties:

• Analyse client business processes, especially in the area of manufacturing, warehousing, procurement and operational workflows
• Gather customer requirements and translate them into ERP solution proposals
• Participate in gap analysis between client needs and standard ERP functionality
• Support configuration, testing, data preparation and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV
• Work with other consultants, solution architects and developers on defining and validating solutions
• Prepare functional documentation and support users during implementation
• Train and support end-users in adopting ERP solutions
• Participate in client meetings, workshops and project activities
• Gradually build expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV

• Has practical experience in manufacturing, production planning, operations, supply chain, warehousing or a similar business area
• Understands how business processes work in real operational environments
• Is interested in ERP systems, digital transformation and business consulting
• Is willing to learn Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central
• Has strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Takes ownership, accountability and initiative
• Communicates clearly and enjoys working with clients
• Is positive, collaborative and team-oriented

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, production, operations, supply chain, warehousing or related business processes
• Experience with ERP systems is an advantage, but not required
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central / NAV is an advantage, but not required
• Highly skilled in Excel
• Good analytical and evaluative skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills, including communication, active listening and customer service
• Good written and oral communication skills
• Fluency in English, written and oral
• Ability to travel to client sites
