Event Manager

HI! We are CAPSBOLD - Creative Marketing Agency!

This position will focus on events in Serbia and neighboring Balkan countries, with potential involvement in organizing clients’ events in other countries (Latin America, Southeast Asia, Africa, etc.).

You will develop event concepts, find and select contractors, organize construction and branding, recruit staff, communicate with internal departments; fully prepare, execute, and oversee offline events.

Key responsibilities include:
Developing event plans;
Creating concepts for offline events and writing event scripts;
Researching and negotiating with event venues;
Researching and negotiating with contractors and staff for event preparation;
Organizing event preparations, creating budgets, and mutually approving concepts and budgets within the company;
Coordinating and overseeing each event;
Maintaining project documentation;
Providing activity reports for each event.

What we expect from you:
Fluency in Russian, English, and Serbian languages;
Experience in event organization;
Experience working in advertising agencies as a plus;
Experience in organizing large-scale events for companies;
Open and dynamic personality, with willingness to work in the office and on-site and enthusiasm about life and sports.
