Novi Sad, Serbia | On-Site

BZ Express Inc. is seeking an experienced Driver Recruiter to join our growing team in Novi Sad.

If you have a proven background in recruiting CDL drivers for the U.S. trucking industry, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset, we want to hear from you.

Responsibilities:

  • Recruit qualified CDL drivers for our U.S. fleet.
  • Source and contact potential candidates through various recruiting channels.
  • Conduct interviews and evaluate driver qualifications.
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact through onboarding.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified drivers.
  • Work closely with the Safety and Operations teams to ensure a smooth hiring process.
  • Achieve weekly and monthly hiring goals.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience recruiting CDL drivers in the U.S. trucking industry (required)
  • Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities
  • Highly organized with excellent follow-up skills
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented
  • Ability to work on-site in Novi Sad
