Experienced Dispatcher - Reservationist

We are looking for EXPERIENCED dispatchers and reservationists (1 position) for a limo dispatch company (luxury chauffeured transportation). Work from home, or office in Sombor. CV’s and/or cover letters must be in English.

Dispatcher Duties include:

• Tracking the grid and flights.
• Confirming bookings and/or changes with the drivers.
• Keeping informed on any booking requirements.
• Assigning and reassigning the drivers when needed.
• Determines client’s needs according to received information and advises if needed, keeping with the best interest of the client.
• Enters reservations into Santa Cruz if/when needed.
• Keeps customers informed by answering questions using phone, chat, and email.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Reservationist Duties include:

• In charge of email correspondence with clients, affiliates and/or any other stakeholders.
• Responds to rate quote requests.
• Determines clients needs according to received reservations / work orders or specifications.
• Enters reservations into Santa Cruz Keeps customers informed by answering questions using phone, chat, and email.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as required or requested.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to think on your feet and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Previous experience with Santa Cruz is a plus.
• Ability to communicate effectively with high-end clients both verbally and in writing - fluent in English is a MUST.
• Excellent, clear, and effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work in a high-pressure environment with tight deadlines.
• High level of intuition to anticipate and exceed client’s needs.
