Experienced Freight Broker/Tracking Specialist

Get Freight LLC is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Freight Broker/Tracking Specialist to join our team.

Responsibilities:

• Book and coordinate freight across the U.S. and Canada
• Negotiate rates with carriers
• Track and monitor shipments from pickup to delivery
• Communicate with carriers and customers regarding shipment updates
• Maintain accurate load information in the TMS
• Resolve transportation issues proactively
• Ensure PODs and shipment documentation are collected on time

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Freight Broker, Dispatcher, or Tracking Specialist (U.S. logistics industry required)
• Excellent English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and work independently
• Experience with TMS platforms is a plus
• Ability to work effectively in a U.S. business culture with confidence and assertive communication skills.
