What You’ll Do

As an Experienced OTR Truck Dispatcher, you’ll work primarily with owner-operators and be responsible for:

• Booking loads
• Negotiating rates
• Planning and routing trucks
• Managing appointments
• Communicating with drivers
• Helping owner-operators keep their trucks moving productively
• Solving day-to-day freight and operational challenges

We intentionally maintain manageable dispatcher workloads because we believe strong performance comes from giving experienced people the support they need, not simply piling on more trucks.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of OTR truck dispatch experience
• Experience with Dry Van, Reefer, and/or HAZMAT freight
• Strong load-booking and rate-negotiation skills
• Experience working with owner-operators
• Clear communication and problem-solving ability
• Someone who takes ownership and wants to be part of a good team
