Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Truck Driver Recruiter with a minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience in the field. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the trucking industry, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. This position requires on-site presence at our Belgrade office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct Interviews: Conduct thorough interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and suitability for the positions.
- Evaluate Candidates: Evaluate candidates based on experience, skills, and cultural fit within the company.
- Manage Recruitment Process: Oversee the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience for candidates.
- Maintain Candidate Database: Keep accurate and up-to-date records of all candidate interactions and statuses in the recruitment database.
- Collaborate with Hiring Managers: Work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve the hiring process.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 6 months of verifiable experience as a truck driver recruiter.
- In-depth knowledge of the trucking industry and driver qualifications.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Ability to work on-site at our Belgrade office.
- Proficiency with recruitment tools and databases.
