Experienced USA Dispatcher (Van Division)

We are seeking an experienced USA Van Dispatcher to manage our van fleet, maximize revenue, and handle daily operations using Alvys TMS.

Key Responsibilities

• Load Booking & Routing: Plan efficient routes and book profitable loads using DAT, Navisphere, and Arrive Portal.
• Broker & Accessorial Management: Maintain strong broker relations and secure all auxiliary compensations (detention, layover, lumper fees).
• Paperwork & Data Entry: Collect driver paperwork (BOL/POD) immediately upon load completion and accurately log all details into Alvys.

Requirements

• Proven experience dispatching 53ft Van fleets in the US market.
• Mandatory hands-on experience with Alvys TMS and major load boards.
• Fluent English, sharp negotiation skills, and availability for US shifts.
