Expert associate in Artwork

The Expert Associate in the STADA Artwork Management team is responsible for coordinating and monitoring changes of graphic designs for printed packaging materials, maintaining communication with print suppliers and affiliates, and ensuring compliance with applicable regulations, internal procedures, SOPs and GMP standards.The role includes intensive work in multiple information systems and consistent documentation of all activities related to the process of changing and approving artwork.

• Managing creation, updates, and maintenance of packaging artwork within Global Artwork Management
  
• Ensuring proper documentation of changes in line with internal procedures
  
• Coordinating with regulatory teams, internal departments, agencies, production sites, contract manufacturers, and printers on all artwork-related matters
  
• Maintaining databases and tools for tracking execution and quality of activities
  
• Preparing procedures and documentation according to Global Artwork Management guidelines
  
• Organizing and delivering process-related trainings for new team members
  
• Collaborating with contract partners and external institutions

• Faculty degree in technological, pharmaceutical, mechanical or natural sciences area
  
• Active use of English langage both written and verbal
  
• Proactiveness, attention to detail and problem solving skills
  
• Advance use of Microsoft Office
  
• Knowledge of printing proccess and packaging materials is plus
