Job Description:

The basic mission is to support reliable and safe operation of the equipment.
Managed by a Leading engineer of external systems.

Equipment in responsibility:

• Industrial compressors (screw and piston).
• Gas equipment.
• Pressure vessels.
• Heat exchangers.
• Pumps.
• Pipes, valves, pressure regulators.

Job Responsibilities:

• Follows the instructions of the immediate supervisor - the leading engineer of external systems.
• Checks the operation of equipment to prevent the growth of serious defects, accidents, and equipment downtime.
• Quickly identifies and eliminates the causes of equipment breakdowns.
• Plans and performs maintenance and repairs.
• Organizes the work of equipment maintenance technicians.
• Checks the quality and safety of work performed.
• Prepares a list and orders spare parts, checks it in a stock.
• Prepares reports documenting work performed.
• Understands and follows safety requirements when working with tools, rotating equipment, pressure equipment, high temperature, inert and ex-plosive gases.

Skills/Experience/Qualification:

• Higher Technical education (VI/VII).
• Experience in maintenance and repair of industrial equipment 3 years or more.
• Mechanically inclined with great problem-solving skills.
• Good knowledge of equipment operating principles and repair methods.
• Proficient PC user, knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
• Able to learns quickly.
• Able to works with hands and instruments.
• Knowledge of the English and/or Russian language is advantageous.
• Able to work in fast paced environment.
