F&B Manager

Requirements:

1. Minimum 3 years of formal F&B management experience at F&B Manager level or above within a four-star hotel, with proven oversight of 3+ F&B outlets and multi-functional conference & banquet facilities.
2. Competent to establish comprehensive cross-department F&B Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and conduct on-site hands-on operational training for all F&B staff.
3. Develop and roll out themed seasonal menus and marketing promotion campaigns to grow guest volume and maximize revenue across all outlets.
4. Prepare monthly forecasts covering revenue, payroll and operational costs, together with annual departmental budget compilation and tracking.
5. Excellent sales and negotiation skills to align cross-department teams, drive cooperation and sustain sales growth.
   Full command of end-to-end catering workflows, varied operational models and key financial & service control metrics.
6. In-depth knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and local hospitality industry laws & compliance regulations.
7. Strong team leadership and people management skills; able to motivate teams to unlock potential and improve overall departmental efficiency and service quality.
8. High sense of responsibility and professional commitment; able to deliver premium service standards under high operational pressure.
9. Fully fluent in spoken and written English and Serbian.
