We are currently seeking a passionate and dedicated F&B Service Expert/Waiter to join our team and deliver exceptional experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve food courses and alcoholic beverages to guests.
• Answer questions regarding menu selections.
• Communicate with the kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability
• Communicate additional meal requirements, allergies, dietary needs, and special requests to the kitchen.
• Record transactions in the POS system at the time of order.
• Check with guests to ensure satisfaction with food courses and beverages.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas, china, glassware, and service equipment throughout the day.
• Complete closing duties, including restocking items and preparing the outlet for the next shift.
• Present accurate checks to guests and process payments.
• Follow company safety and security policies and procedures.
• Maintain professional appearance and protect company assets.
• Welcome and acknowledge guests according to company standards.
• Anticipate and address guests' service needs.
• Ensure a positive guest experience.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Education: High school diploma/G.E.D. equivalent
• Language Preference: Fluency in Serbian and English
• Related Work Experience: Previous experience in the same or a similar role is preferred
