Fabrication Manager

 “Kačar Dizajn” Company from Temerin is hiring a communicative, goal-oriented person for the position of Fabrication Manager. This is an in-person position with the work being done inside the office in Temerin with the working hours in accordance with the USA EST time zone.  

Job Description:

As the Fabrication Manager, you will lead and manage the fabrication department, ensuring efficient production processes, high-quality output, and adherence to safety and compliance standards. Your role will be pivotal in optimizing resources, improving workflows, and delivering projects on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and supervise daily operations of the fabrication team in an in-office production environment.
• Oversee daily operations of the fabrication department, ensuring production schedules and quality standards are met.
• Develop and implement efficient fabrication processes and workflows.
• Supervise and mentor a team of fabricators, welders, and technicians.
• Monitor project progress, address challenges, and ensure timely delivery of products.
• Collaborate with design, engineering, and procurement teams to align production with project requirements.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Communicate clearly with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.
• Manage inventory levels, equipment maintenance, and procurement of materials.
• Analyze performance metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills & Competencies:

• Experience working with sheet metal and wood fabrication is a significant advantage.
• Exceptional English language proficiency, both written and verbal.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and leadership.
• Strong knowledge of fabrication processes, including welding and material handling.
• Proficiency in interpreting technical drawings, CAD models, and specifications.
• Experience with quality control and production optimization.
• Familiarity with relevant industry standards and safety regulations.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
