exclusive fashion boutiques, fashion anchors, supermarket, restaurants, coffee shops, and a number of large, mid and small size retail units.
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of our
shopping center, as well as to ensure that the facility and all its systems and infrastructure are maintained to the highest standards.
| Role Description: | The Facility Manager is responsible for ensuring the seamless operation, safety, and maintenance of the
shopping center, overseeing technical services and contractor performance, coordination of tenants works, and leading preventive maintenance initiatives to deliver a safe, efficient, and welcoming environment for tenants, customers, and visitors.

| Responsibilities: | - Manage the operation, maintenance, and repair of all building systems, including electrical, HVAC, plumbing, water supply, sewage, fire protection, and general building infrastructure;
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure uninterrupted operation of the shopping center;
- Lead and support the maintenance team while coordinating the work of external contractors and
service providers; - Oversee the performance of security, cleaning, parking, landscaping, and other outsourced services;
- Ensure maintenance work is completed safely, on time, within budget, and in accordance with company standards;
- Monitor contractor performance, quality of work, and compliance with contractual obligations;
- Coordinate maintenance activities within tenants' premises while minimizing disruption to business
operations, coordinate and monitor the execution of works in leased premises by tenants; - Prepare maintenance schedules, budgets, reports, and documentation, and provide regular updates to management;
- Identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance building performance;
- Ensure compliance with all fire prevention, health, safety, environmental, and statutory regulations;
- Respond promptly to technical issues, emergencies, and operational incidents;
- Perform other facility management duties as assigned by management.

Your skills
and qualifications: | - Minimum of 3 years of experience in facility management, preferably within a shopping center, retail, commercial property, or mixed-use environment.
- Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering or a related field shall be considered a plus.
- Strong technical knowledge of building systems, maintenance practices, and contractor management.
- Experience managing maintenance teams and external service providers.
- Ability to prioritize multiple tasks and work in a dynamic environment.
- Knowledge of fire prevention and health and safety regulations.
