Facility Manager

About the role:

We are looking for a Facility Manager who will be responsible for the efficient operation, maintenance, and safety of office facilities. In this role, you will manage building engineering systems, coordinate contractors, ensure compliance with local regulations, and maintain a comfortable and safe working environment for employees.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure compliance with fire safety regulations and maintain relevant documentation
• Organize and oversee repair and maintenance works (medium and high complexity)
• Coordinate and monitor building engineering systems
• Arrange property and liability insurance
• Monitor the quality of cleaning services and external contractors

Requirements:

• Experience in facility management and building operations
• Understanding of property maintenance processes
• Experience working with landlords and tenants
• Skills in maintaining technical and reporting documentation
• AutoCAD (user level) will be considered an advantage
• Higher technical education (preferably in civil engineering or a related field)
• Serbian - fluent
• Russian and/or English - B2 level or higher
