Muehlbauer Serbia Group is seeking for motivated Field Service Engineer to join our team

Responsibilities:

• Provide on-site technical support for our state-of-the-art technology solutions
• Conduct preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and ensure optimal performance of our systems
• Deliver hands-on training to clients on equipment usage and maintenance
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to enhance product reliability and performance

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Proven experience in field service engineering, preferably in a technology-driven environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Willingness to travel extensively and work in diverse environments
