Finance & Accounting Associate

Minth Automotive Europe is expanding its Finance team and we are looking for motivated and detail-oriented candidates to join us in finance and accounting operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate financial records and accounting documentation
• Process and post accounting documents (invoices, customs documentation, etc.)
• Support monthly closing activities, reconciliations, and reporting
• Prepare and monitor VAT-related documentation and tax reports
• Maintain and reconcile supplier and financial accounts
• Monitor expenses, payments, and other financial transactions
• Cooperate with banks, tax authorities, vendors, and internal departments
• Support internal and external audits
• Ensure compliance with internal procedures and local regulations
• Perform additional finance-related tasks assigned by management

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or accounting
• Good knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations
• Strong MS Office skills, especially Excel
• Fluent in English.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible approach to work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
