JOB DESCRIPTION
- Analysis and tracking of R&D project cost worldwide (Global PS)
- Alignment about actual cost development and deviations with global R&D organization and customer center/project manager
- Preparation and execution of cost allocation
- Implementation of new and improvement of existing cost tracking possibilities based on Big-Data-Analysis (Power Pivot, Power BI, KNIME)
- Preparation, analysis and alignment of global R&D Forecast and R&D Trend
- Tracking of R&D cost and head count
- Ad-hoc analysis regarding R&D cost topics
QUALIFICATIONS
- 2-3 years Controlling experience, preferred within Automotive Industry
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or comparable direction
- IT affinity (Tools: SAP BW; Power Pivot, Power BI, KNIME preferred)
- Analytical setting, strategic thinking, commercial know-how, problem solving and execution, affinity to data mining
- Excellent communication skills (working within a worldwide set-up)
- Language skills: Business English fluent, German is an advantage
