Finance and Office Assistant

On behalf of our Client, Marine Project Inc, a global leader with more than two decades of experience in the luxury yachting industry, we are looking for proactive and motivated professional to fill in the following position:

Finance and Office Assistant

Novi Sad

Duties and responsibilities:

• General office administration and day-to-day administrative support
• Collecting, organizing and archiving invoices and financial documentation
• Monitoring payment deadlines and ensuring timely processing
• Following up on incoming payments and outstanding invoices
• Issuing invoices 
• Updating VAT refund portals and maintaining related documentation
• Maintaining accurate financial records and internal spreadsheets
• Supporting the charter team with administrative and operational tasks
• Assisting with document preparation, contracts and general office organization

Expectations:

• Previous experience in administration, office management or finance support
• Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets)
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
• Excellent written and spoken English
• Experience in the yachting or travel industry is an advantage, but not essential.
• No bookkeeping qualification is required, but basic financial administration experience is preferred
