Finance and Operations Manager

On behalf of our client, an international company operating in the video game development industry, Adecco is looking for a motivated candidate for the position of:

Finance & Operations Manager

Location: Belgrade

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee day-to-day financial operations of the local entity
• Ensure all payments (salaries, vendors, taxes) are processed accurately and on time
• Prepare and submit regular financial reports to the group (monthly/weekly)
• Manage in-house payroll and coordinate with external accounting partners
• Support budgeting, financial planning, and cost tracking
• Handle statutory reporting, audits, and ensure compliance with local regulations
• Act as a key point of contact for external vendors, legal, and service providers
• Support operational activities of the office (procurement, facilities, administration)
• Coordinate onboarding/offboarding processes and maintain employee records

Your profile:

• 5–10 years of experience in finance (Controller / Finance Manager or similar)
• Strong hands-on experience with full-cycle finance operations
• Experience with payroll, reporting, and statutory compliance
• Familiarity with audits, transfer pricing, and multi-currency environments is a plus
• Experience working in international companies
• Fluent in English and Serbian
• Highly organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
• Able to prioritize and work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, hands-on, and comfortable with a broad scope of responsibilities
