I. Company Profile

Vetrozelena d.o.o. is a renewable energy project company established in Serbia by the China state-owned company Powerchina Construction Corporation (Powerchina) to promote in-depth cooperation between China and Serbia in the field of clean energy. The company is currently responsible for the construction and operation of the Vetrozelena 300 MW Wind Power Project in Serbia, which is one of the largest new energy power projects in Serbia in terms of installed capacity.

• Position: Finance and Tax Administrator, Finance and Funds Department

III. Main Responsibilities

• Proficient in using the local Serbian e-invoice system, responsible for the timely receipt, confirmation, and issuance of documents.
• Familiar with local tax management regulations, policies, and practices. Liaise with the company's financial and tax service providers to manage local accounts and review local audit reports, ensuring compliance in all tax declarations and refunds to mitigate tax risks.
• Assist the company in coordinating with external entities such as local tax authorities, banks, and audit firms, and cooperate in tax inspections and annual audits.
• Undertake other financial, treasury, and tax-related tasks assigned by the company. 

IV.Job Requirements

• Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree or higher; a major in Accounting or Finance is preferred.
• Candidates should have hands-on experience in local Serbian finance and taxation, be familiar with local tax regulations, accounting standards, and social insurance policies. Experience in cross-border business or working in foreign-invested enterprises is a plus.
• Proficiency in the official local language (Serbian), both written and spoken, and proficient communication skills in either Chinese or English are required.
