Your role

As a Finance Business Partner for Performance Management, you will play a key role in analyzing financial results, tracking performance against plans, and actively manage financial performance across the organization, not just interpret results. You will ensure alignment between local teams, CSE, and our European finance organization by providing clear insights, identifying performance gaps, and recommending actions that drive better financial outcomes

Key responsibilities

• Monitor financial performance and maintain performance management frameworks
• Analyze variances versus budget, forecast, and long term plans, and provide improvement recommendations
• Oversee S4C initiatives by identifying and tracking savings opportunities
• Prepare performance reviews and deliver insights to senior management
• Conduct internal and external benchmarking to identify opportunities for improvement
• Prepare and present performance reports focused on key trends, risks, and opportunities
• Identify and manage financial risks related to performance targets
• Act as the main communication link between local finance, CSE, and European teams

Qualifications

• University degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
• 5–7 years of experience in audit, advisory, accounting, corporate finance, or FP&A
• Strong accounting background and solid understanding of financial statements
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and performance management, ideally in a multinational environment
• Ability to challenge assumptions, improve processes
• Motivated, proactive, and able to think strategically and see the bigger picture
• Excellent English skills for daily collaboration with European finance teams
