About the role

We are looking for a Finance & Controlling Officer who will take ownership of daily financial operations, and support management with financial insights.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Belgrade.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including reconciliations and transaction tracking;
• Assist with the preparation and analysis of financial reports (monthly and quarterly);
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow planning;
• Work closely with external accountants and ensure accuracy of financial data;
• Monitor discrepancies and resolve financial inconsistencies;
• Communicate with banks and financial institutions;
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and internal financial procedures.

Requirements

• Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounting / finance / controlling;
• Degree in Economics, Accounting, Finance, or related field;
• Strong Excel skills;
• Understanding of financial reporting and reconciliation processes;
• Good level of English (written and spoken);
• High attention to detail and structured way of working.
