FINANCE MANAGER

Key Responsibilities

• Define and implement the company's financial strategy in alignment with business objectives and growth plans.
• Provide financial support to management through analysis, reporting, and recommendations to support decision-making.
• Participate in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance monitoring.
• Ensure effective management of cash flow, liquidity, and the organization's financial resources.
• Monitor key financial indicators and identify opportunities to improve profitability and operational efficiency.
• Oversee financial reporting processes and ensure the accuracy, reliability, and timeliness of financial information.
• Ensure compliance with applicable legal regulations, accounting standards, and internal policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with external partners, auditors, financial institutions, and relevant regulatory bodies.
• Implement and continuously improve financial processes, internal controls, and risk management systems.
• Work closely with leaders across different business functions to support business growth and the achievement of strategic goals.
• Lead, develop, and mentor the finance team while fostering a professional, high-performance work environment.

Requirements

• University degree (Bachelor's degree or equivalent), preferably in Economics, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in finance.
• At least 5 years of experience in a senior finance leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, financial planning, and financial analysis.
• Knowledge of GAAP and/or IFRS standards.
• Advanced proficiency in English.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and analytical skills.
