Finance Specialist

This is a hybrid position, with our office located at Đorđa Rajkovića 2, Novi Sad.

Responsibilities:

• Posting and processing of incoming invoices for the Dutch entity
• Preparing and verifying working hours records and invoicing across all companies within the Group
• Performing accounts payable and accounts receivable reconciliations
• Executing domestic and international payments, and handling related financial administration
• Preparing and reviewing VAT returns
• Supporting accurate and timely payroll preparation and review
• Reporting to the National Bank of Serbia (NBS) in line with regulatory obligations
• Planning and ensuring efficient allocation of funds between Group companies
• Preparing budgets, cash flow analyses, and financial performance reports, with a focus on profitability and cost efficiency
• Preparing reports and documentation required for the transfer pricing study
• Conducting the final review of financial statements for all Group entities and performing consolidation
• Preparing and delivering financial documentation for external audits
• Ensuring timely, accurate, and professional reporting to management and relevant stakeholders

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics or a related field
• Minimum 4 years of experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in financial software such as Sef and Halcom
• Excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite
• Fluency in English (written and verbal)
• Proven experience with international clients
• Strong organizational and self-management skills
• Excellent communication skills and professionalism
• Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks effectively
• Strong independence in work
