Finance Specialist

Quectel Wireless Solutions is global IoT technology developer and cellular module supplier of 5G, LTE, LTE-A, LPWA, Smart Module, C-V2X, GSM/GPRS, UMTS/HSPA(+) and GNSS modules. Due to business expansion on Serbian market in R&D Centre, Quectel Research & Development is looking for motivated and proactive candidates to join our team in Belgrade.

ON-SITE, Monday - Friday with flexible start between 7:30 - 9:30 AM.

We are looking for: Finance Specialist

Main responsibilities:

• Formal verification of received documentation SEF.
• Supplier dialog with regards to invoice administration.
• Payment administration, Prepare the payments in e-banking.
• Follow upon the scheduled payment / tax payment / expense report payment/business trip.
• Follow on invoice approval procedure.
• Ensuring compliance with finance policies and procedures.
• Bookkeeping of bank statements and incoming invoices in SAP.
• Full set accounting for assigned entities.
• Other ad-hoc tasks assigned.

Requirements and preferable skills:

• Bachelor or Master Degree in Accountancy or relevant field.
• 1 - 3 years of experinece in similar role.
• Fluent in English.
