Financial Controller - Planning & Analysis

On behalf of our client, an international company with stable and growing operations, we are looking for an analytical and business-oriented professional to join their Finance team as a Financial Controller - Planning & Analysis.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

• Ensure the accuracy and reliability of financial information and key financial and operational KPIs
• Lead and coordinate planning, budgeting and forecasting activities
• Perform Actual vs. Budget vs. Forecast analysis and identify key performance drivers, risks and deviations
• Develop financial models, scenario analyses and sensitivity analyses to support business planning and decision-making
• Identify financial and operational risks, trends and opportunities, and provide timely insights and recommendations
• Support the financial evaluation of customers, contracts, pricing proposals and new business initiatives
• Work closely with business stakeholders to understand the key drivers of revenue, costs, profitability, productivity and cash flow
• Assess financial and business assumptions and evaluate their potential impact on financial performance
• Contribute to the month-end closing process and monthly management reporting

Requirements:

• University degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or a related field
• Previous experience in financial controlling, FP&A, business controlling or a similar role
• Solid experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and performance management
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Advanced Excel skills; experience with ERP and/or BI tools is an advantage
• Fluency in English
