Financial Senior Specialist

For our client, a fintech company delivering innovative digital payment and financial solutions to global businesses across fiat and crypto ecosystems, we are looking for an experienced Financial Senior Specialist to take ownership of end-to-end finance operations spanning both traditional and digital assets.

This is a broad, hands-on role covering accounting, treasury, reconciliations, and financial reporting — with a strong emphasis on operational excellence and regulatory compliance.

What You'll Do

• Lead day-to-day finance operations across fiat and crypto activities, including payments, reconciliations, and settlements
• Oversee accounting processes, month-end close, financial reporting, and compliance with applicable accounting standards
• Manage treasury and liquidity functions, ensuring smooth flow of funds across banking and crypto channels
• Deliver accurate and timely reporting to internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulators
• Drive process improvements and automation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
• Work cross-functionally with compliance, product, tech, and customer support teams to support business growth and maintain financial integrity

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field; CPA, ACCA, or equivalent certification is a strong advantage
• 5+ years of experience in finance operations, accounting, or treasury — ideally within fintech, crypto, or financial services
• Strong knowledge of accounting standards and financial reporting requirements
• Proficiency with financial systems and tools; experience with ERP systems or automation is a plus
• Sharp analytical skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• High integrity and solid understanding of compliance and regulatory environments
• Comfortable navigating a fast-paced, rapidly evolving business
