For our new production facility PALFINGER PROIZVODNJA D.O.O. Niš, we are looking for: FINISHED PRODUCT WAREHOUSE LEADER

JOB TASKS:

• Creates procedures and work instructions related to work in warehouses for which he is responsible
• Monitors compliance with procedures and work instructions related to the warehouse entrusted to him
• Maintains the efficiency of the warehouse process and ensures that products are ready for delivery to customers at the right time and in the right condition
• Plans the necessary personnel to work in accordance with production requirements;
• Manages a team of warehouse workers, assigns duties, trains employees, monitors productivity, attendance and evaluates their performance
• Processes documentation for outgoing deliveries
• Organizes loading, availability of vehicles and transport routes for output products
• Ensures compliance of loaded vehicle and output documentation
• Certifies output documentation
• Performs loading/unloading activities as needed
• Prepares the CMR international waybill
• Plans, controls, ensures and monitors the availability of packaging for finished products
• Responsible for daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, tracking and issuing finished products
• Organizes operations and activities in the warehouse, makes decisions on the organization and arrangement of products in the warehouse, implements a system for labeling and tracking finished products and packaging
• Controls inventory: regularly monitors and updates inventory, monitors product quantities in stock, detects product loss or damage, and reports on additional supply needs
• Keep records of waste
• Ensures the safety and protection of products, implements protection and security measures to ensure that products are protected from theft, damage or adverse storage conditions, monitoring compliance with regulations and safety standards
• Communicates effectively with other departments in the organization, including production management, logistics, sales and procurement, to ensure efficiency in the supply chain process
• Records the receipt of finished products in the output warehouse - SAP
• Handling forklifts, overhead cranes and cantilever cranes as needed
• Responsible for keeping business secrets
• Responsible for the preservation of the Employer's property
• Implements safety and health measures at work, PP protection measures and environmental and working environment protection measures

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum IV degree of any educational profile
• At least 2 years of experience
• Proficiency in English
• Responsible, communicative person, with teamwork skills and ability for good organization in the workplace
• Computer knowledge and ability (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• SAP knowledge (preferably)
• Forklift certificate (preferably)
