At Stellar, we build software that solves real business problems for international real estate companies.

One of our newest products is Stellar BankSync: an Open Banking platform that automatically imports bank statements into ERP systems. The platform is already live and used by customers, but we're only getting started. We're looking for someone who wants to help turn a successful product into an international platform.

This is not a software development role. Instead, you'll help define what we build, how we improve it, and where we take it next.

ABOUT THE ROLE

You'll become one of the key people responsible for the future of Stellar BankSync.

 Your responsibilities include:

• Defining new product features and improvements
• Translating customer feedback into product enhancements
• Designing functional specifications for new functionality
• Testing new releases before they reach customers
• Optimising existing workflows and user experience
• Helping design integrations with ERP systems and third-party platforms
• Supporting expansion into new countries and banking markets
• Researching PSD2/Open Banking developments
• Helping prepare the product for ISO 27001 certification
• Improving documentation and internal processes
• Working closely with consultants, developers and management
• Taking ownership of your own projects from idea to implementation

We're looking for someone who:

• Has around 3-5 years of relevant experience
• Has worked in Product Management, Business Analysis, Functional Consultancy or Product Development
• Loves improving products
• Thinks several steps ahead
• Can work independently without constant guidance
• Enjoys solving complex business problems
• Learns new technologies quickly
• Is structured and organised
• Communicates clearly in English
• Isn't afraid to challenge existing ideas
• Enjoys taking ownership

Bonus points if you have experience with:

• FinTech
• Banking
• Open Banking / PSD2
• ERP software
• SaaS products
• API integrations
• ISO 27001

What success looks like:
