PTB CARRIER INC. is looking for an experienced Fleet Maintenance - Service advisor to oversee maintenance operations and fleet safety compliance for our US trucking fleet.

Key Responsibilities:

Semi-truck and trailer maintenance schedules and PM services
Coordinate repairs with repair shops and dealerships across the USA
Monitor annual DOT inspections and maintenance compliance
Manage truck assignments, mileage, and service intervals
Handle breakdowns and roadside assistance
Maintain repair records, invoices, warranties, and maintenance costs
Monitor DOT violations, roadside inspections, and vehicle-related safety issues
Review DVIR reports and follow up on reported defects
Coordinate with drivers and the Safety Department to ensure fleet compliance

Requirements:

Previous experience in US trucking fleet maintenance
Knowledge of semi-trucks, trailers, and preventive maintenance
Familiarity with FMCSA/DOT regulations and inspection requirements
Fluent English (written and spoken); Spanish is a plus
Experience with Google Sheets and Excel
