Fleet Maintenance Manager

FLEET MANAGER – PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Klik Way Logistics is seeking an experienced Fleet Manager to oversee the maintenance and repair operations of approximately 40 trucks and trailers.
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM Eastern Time
Starting Salary: $2,000 per month

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate preventive maintenance services
• Manage breakdowns and roadside repairs
• Schedule tire, brake, and mechanical repairs
• Communicate with drivers, repair shops, dealerships, and vendors
• Review repair estimates and control maintenance costs
• Track all open repairs and follow up until completion
• Maintain accurate service and maintenance records
• Minimize equipment downtime and keep the fleet operational

Requirements:

• Previous fleet management or commercial truck maintenance experience is mandatory
• Strong knowledge of semi-truck and trailer maintenance
• Excellent English and professional communication skills
• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to handle multiple repairs and breakdowns simultaneously
• Reliable, assertive, and capable of working independently
