Fleet Manager – Trucking Industry

Location: Niš

Working Hours: Full-time, second shift

Work Model: On-site

Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage truck and trailer maintenance needs
• Communicate with drivers regarding vehicle issues and repairs
• Coordinate with repair shops, vendors, and towing services
• Schedule maintenance, inspections, and repairs
• Track ongoing repairs and vehicle downtime
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
• Follow up on service requests and ensure issues are resolved on time
• Assist in preventing unnecessary downtime and keeping the fleet operational

Requirements:

• Previous experience in trucking, fleet maintenance, logistics, or a similar role is preferred
• Good knowledge of English
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Basic computer skills
