WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, brokerage, or client acquisition roles
- A strong, active book of business is the most important requirement
- Excellent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals independently
- Experience using CRM systems and standard sales tools
- Self-driven, organized, and results-oriented mindset
- Ability to perform in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
- Proven track record of building and maintaining client relationships
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING:
- Actively develop and expand new and existing shipper relationships
- Bring in and leverage your own existing book of business
- Generate new opportunities through daily outbound calls and email outreach
- Negotiate rates and secure profitable freight deals based on market conditions
- Maintain and grow long-term partnerships with clients
- Ensure consistent freight coverage on a daily and weekly basis
- Collaborate with carrier teams to resolve operational challenges quickly
- Manage shipments end-to-end, ensuring smooth delivery execution
