Position Summary:

Freight Specialist position involves coordinating and monitoring international and domestic transportation, tracking and optimizing logistics costs, communicating with carriers and customs brokers and controlling costs and delivery timelines to ensure efficient logistics operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

• Coordinating international and domestic transportation
• Monitoring delivery timelines and shipping/receiving schedules
• Collaborating with internal teams to support supply chain
• Monitoring shipments and maintaining logistics records
• Tracking and optimizing transportation and logistics costs
• Preparing logistics and customs reports in cooperation with finance
• Communicating with transport providers and brokers
• Preparing and managing export and customs documentation
• Coordinating import processes and customs clearance activities
• Ensuring compliance with customs regulations and tariff classifications

Requirements:

• University degree
• Experience in a similar or the same position
• Fluent in English
• Advanced Microsoft Office
• Enthusiastic, creative, ready for teamwork and with good communication skill
• Organizational and analytical skills
