Position requirements:  

• Good level of general education
• Previous experience in a similar administrative or front desk role is desirable
• Being competent with computer systems such as Word, Excel and Outlook
• Advanced verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
• Advanced level of English language
