Your Key Responsibilities

• Deliver a warm, professional, and personalized welcome to all guests
• Efficiently manage check-in and check-out procedures in accordance with hotel standards
• Build lasting relationships with guests to enhance satisfaction and loyalty
• Anticipate guest needs and provide proactive, solution-oriented service
• Promote hotel facilities, services, and special offers to maximize guest experience and revenue opportunities

What We're Looking For

• Proficient in using computer systems and handling administrative tasks efficiently
• Fluency in Serbian and English, both written and spoken
• A genuine passion for hospitality and guest satisfaction
• Strong listening skills and the ability to anticipate and respond to guest needs
• A positive, energetic, and sales-minded approach
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a successful team
