Front Desk Representative

We are currently seeking an engaging and personable Front Desk Representative to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. If you have a knack for customer service and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, we would love to meet you!

What You Will Do:

Serve as the face of the company: greet, welcome, and direct visitors appropriately.
Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls while providing basic information when needed.
Manage schedule by handling travel bookings, scheduling meetings, and coordinating office activities.
Maintain office security by controlling access via the reception desk.
Perform clerical duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.
Manage documentation, take detailed minutes during meetings, and assist in organizing office operations and procedures.
Ensure the reception area is tidy and presentable, with all necessary materials (e.g., pens, forms, and brochures).
Offer refreshments to guests and staff during meetings or as needed.
Oversee the logistical aspects of office management like procuring office supplies and managing the company’s vehicle fleet.

What We Look For:

High school diploma or higher; further education is a plus.
Proven experience in a front office handling receptionist responsibilities.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
Professional attitude and appearance.
